ifeel, a Madrid, Spain-based provider of an emotional well-being service for companies, raised €10M in Series A funding.

The round was led by UNIQA Ventures, with participation from Nauta Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the business into new markets, introduce new products, and increase sales capabilities.

Led by CEO Amir Kaplan, ifeel is a provider of an emotional well-being service for companies and employees. The company offers corporations an annual emotional support plan, combining prevention, monitoring, and individual exercises with specialized therapists. The aim is to accompany employees in improving their emotional well-being through the web or app available on IOS and Android. In addition, HR professionals receive advice and information about the team based on aggregate and anonymous data on the main psychosocial risk factors that can affect them and resources to prevent them.

ifeel uses artificial intelligence to provide care for people’s psychological well-being. Leveraging on over 10 million data-points, the platform is able to, on one side, efficiently screen, triage and prioritise several users profiles and, on the other, customise their user experience through a blend of hundreds of clinical tools and AI-enhanced personalised recommendations. Through their tools, an individual can access different resources depending on their needs and interests: articles on health-related topics, an emotions diary, audio guides, and tools to facilitate relaxation or meditation. They can also speak directly to professional psychologists or initiate an online therapy session through the service.

Founded in 2017, ifeel has over 800,000 users and 600 therapists, providing coverage in 23 countries and 21 languages.

It is used by AXA Partners, SCOR SE, Glovo, Travelperk, Gympass, Thoughtworks, González Byass, amongst others.
