Entech, a Fort Myers, FL-based Managed Technology & Cybersecurity Service Provider, completed a recapitalization partnership with Prospect Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The partnership will accelerate Entech’s growth and expansion efforts to pursue a focused acquisition strategy quickly.
Led by Chief Executive Officer Jake Spanberger, Entech is a Managed Technology & Cybersecurity Service Provider serving Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa Bay.
Since 2015, the company has grown from 18 employees to more than 80 and increased revenue by 552%. Further, the Leadership Team has completed six M&A transactions yielding integrations and growth. Entech will continue to be led by Jake Spanberger, Buddy Martin, David Spire, and Jeremy Stakely.
