Contentstack, an Austin, TX-based provider of a content experience platform (CXP), raised $80M in Series C funding.
The round was led by Georgian and Insight Partners with participation from Illuminate Ventures.
Georgian’s Lead Investor Emily Walsh will join the Contentstack board along with Contentstack CFO David Overmyer.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Neha Sampat, founder and CEO, Contentstack provides a Content Experience Platform (CXP) that empowers marketers and developers to deliver composable digital experiences at speed by automating and streamlining hundreds of activities across technologies and vendors in real-time. It is used by enterprises such as ASICS, Chase, Express, Holiday Inn, Icelandair, Mattel, McDonald’s, Mitsubishi, Riot Games and Shell.
