Codestone, a Poole, UK-based provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and cloud database technologies, acquired DSCallards, an Ashburton, England, United Kingdom-based Data Analytics and BI company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Codestone will be broadening its product suite to further support existing customers and expand its presence in the delivery and management of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics.
