Avenga Acquires IncluIT

Avenga now has 4,300 professionals and 31 offices in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the U.S. The acquisition of IncluIT will allow the global growth platform to enhance its already strong presence in the U.S. market.

Avenga, a Cologne, Germany-based engineering and consulting platform, acquired IncluIT, an Argentina-based digital transformation, IT software company running operations across the US, Latam and UE.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed

With the acquisition, Avenga will operate in the same time zone as its American customers and enhance the platform’s presence in the U.S. market.

Founded by Alberto Harriague and Rafael Ibáñez (CEO), IncluIT recently reached 800 employees distributed throughout Latin America. IncluIT has many customers around the world, such as Accenture, Coca-Cola, and Intel. Harriague and Ibanez will stay on board to drive Avenga’s future organic growth in the U.S. and Latin America and pursue further acquisitions in the LATAM region. 

Led by CEO Yuriy Adamchuk, Avenga provides a global engineering and consulting platform, which is a business partner with deep industry knowledge, especially in pharma, insurance and finance, and advanced manufacturing. The company’s IT specialists operate from 31 offices worldwide and support global corporations and complex organizations in their digital transformation with projects along the entire digital value chain, from digital strategy to the implementation of software, user experience, and IT solutions, including hosting and operations. Clients include organizations like ABB, Allianz, GSK, Santander, and Volvo.
