Valence Security Raises $25M in Series A Funding

Valence Security, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based SaaS security remediation company, raised $25M in Series A funding.

The round, which brings total funding to $32m, was led by Microsoft’s M12 venture fund with participation from YL Ventures, Porsche Ventures, Akamai Technologies, Alumni Ventures and Michael Fey.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by CEO Yoni Shohet, Valence Security is a security company offering collaborative remediation workflows that engage with business users to contextualize and reduce SaaS data sharing, supply chain, identity, and misconfiguration risks with scalable policy enforcement and automated workflows. With Valence, teams can secure their critical SaaS applications like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack and ensure continuous compliance with internal policies, industry standards and regulations, without impeding business productivity or the speed of SaaS adoption.
