Ribbon Raises £2.63M in Seed Funding

Ribbon, a London, UK-based provider of an in-product research platform, raised £2.63m in Seed funding.

The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from MMC Ventures, Concept Ventures, Matt Robinson, Keith Grose, Ross Sheil and Felix Leuschner.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its platform and features, as well as to expand operations.

Led by CEO Axel Thomson, Ribbon is an in-product user research platform powering product and user research teams to run research studies directly within their products. Customers can run studies like video interviews and in-product surveys which are deployed to active users based on product interactions and user behaviors, enabling them to continuously undertake product research to validate product decisions and build improved user experiences.
