Reflect, a Paris, France-based HR data visualization startup, raised €2M in Pre-Seed funding.
The round was led by XAnge, with participation from Evolem, Kima Ventures, Roxanne Varza, Matthieu Birach, and Thibaud Elziere.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO Léopold Adam, Reflect provides an HR data visualization platform for enterprises, which automatically integrates with existing software (ATS, HRIS, Payroll, LMS, eNPS), retrieves and cleans data and delivers automated dashboards and indicators. It is currently in use at companies such as Pennylane, Welcome to the Jungle, Batch, Partoo and SmallPDF.
