Katana, a Tallinn, Estonia-based provider of manufacturing ERP software, raised $35M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Northzone, with participation from Lightrock, Atomico, 42CAP, Sergei Anikin, Sten Tamkivi and Ott Kaukver. In conjunction with the funding, Michiel Kotting, a partner at Northzone, joined Katana’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its plug-and-play platform approach by introducing more advanced accounting integrations and more software services to the app marketplace, and to expand its international team.

Led by CEO Kristjan Vilosius, Katana offers everything companies need to keep manufacturing, uniting all the processes, tools, and software manufacturers require with an intuitive ERP. Katana’s portfolio of over 1300 companies ranges from hobby makers to multi-million dollar manufacturing businesses. To date, the founding team has raised over $51 million in funding from VC firms and angel investors and scaled its team of six to 140 employees across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
