ECI Software Solutions, a Fort Worth, TX-based provider of cloud-based business management solutions, acquired ES Tech Group, a UK-based B2B eCommerce software and services company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, ES Tech’s products will join ECI’s suite of business applications that can be integrated across its vertically based solutions. ECI will expand its existing eCommerce portfolio and further its investments in the digital economy and eCommerce.
Led by CEO Paddy Donnelly, ES Tech Group has developed an eCommerce platform for markets including industrial, business supplies, electrical, plumbing, gas and welding, and medical supplies. In addition, the company operates a growth agency that specializes in marketing and catalog development to help businesses capitalize on traditional and digital sales channels.
Led by CEO Trevor Gruenewald, ECI Software Solutions provides industry-specific business software solutions and services, focusing on cloud-based technologies. For 30+ years, the company has served small to medium-sized manufacturing, wholesale/retail distribution, building and construction, and field service organizations. ECI has offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, England, the Netherlands, and Australia.
