VeriFast, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of a platform that automates financial analysis and decision making, raised $3.5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by M3 Financial Group, with participation from Scott McGillivray, Michael Sarracini of Keyspire, and Susan White Livermore.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Tim Ray, VeriFast provides a single-source configurable API that empowers companies to integrate biometric identity verification, banking data, payroll insights and tax transcript data to their existing process flows. The platform analyzes applicants’ real-time financial health via their digital banking data with advanced AI to verify their identity, income, assets, and employment to validate customers’ ability to pay while eliminating fraud.
The company has customers throughout North America.
