Roofr Raises $12M; Closes $19M Series A Funding

Roofr, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a SaaS platform that features a sales toolbox for roofing contractors, raised $12m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Bullpen Capital and Crosslink Capital, with participation from K5 Global, Vertical Venture Partners, Interplay, Ace & Co, and 12BF. This new $12m investment will bring the total funding raised to $19m.

The company intends to use the funds to add new features including payments and lead acquisition, increase support and grow the team. Along with growing its team and suite of features, Roofr is focusing on strategic partnerships and integrations that will benefit its users.

Led by CEO Richard Nelson, Roofr provides a roofing software platform that allows roofers to offer estimates instantly, measure roofs via aerial imagery, and create visual proposals. The company recently announced its partnership with CompanyCam, which allows roofers the ability to connect images and notes from in-person site visits with digital sales solutions.
