Reejing, a San Francisco, California-based provider of an Enterprise-grade workforce intelligence platform, raised an undisclosed amount of funding.

The round was led by Salesforce Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the growth of its global team, and further develop its workforce intelligence technology.

Led by CEO Siobhan Savage, Reejig is a workforce intelligence platform that enables global organizations to find, retain, and upskill talent at scale. Powered by ethical AI, Reejig serves such companies as AWS, Woolworths Group, KPMG, John Holland, and Allianz. The company, which has raised over $38m in funding including infusions from Skip Capital, headed by Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar, Airtree Ventures, Culture Amp’s Didier Elzinga, and now Salesforce Ventures, has opened offices in APAC, NAMER, and the UK in the last year.

Pursuing has also announced the launch of the Reejig Impact Fund to help underrepresented communities unlock career opportunities, growth, and potential. The Reejig Impact Fund will donate Reejig’s workforce intelligence technology to veteran, skilled refugee and other underrepresented communities, with a goal to reskill, build new capabilities, and remove barriers to career opportunities for all.
