Perch Insights, a Waltham, MA-based provider of a platform that provides data-driven insights for customer experience (CX) leadership teams to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and minimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), raised $2.9M in Seed funding.
The backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its software as a service (Saas) product.
Co-founded by Amit Basak, Steve Kezirian and Shantanu Dhaka, Perch Insights provides a SaaS based CX management platform which features data-driven insights to work proactively to progressively business decisions to expand customer lifetime value and minimize customer acquisition and service costs.
The Perch Insights platform has been incubated within Full Potential Solutions, a global CX solutions company, and has already been deployed for Fortune 500 companies and other companies.
