Myplanet, a Toronto, Canada-based composable commerce company, raised $11M in funding.
The round was led by Tercera. Bill Petty, along with Michelle Swan, both Partners at Tercera, will join Myplanet’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to extend its position in the industry in North America by deepening its MACH Alliance partnerships, and double the size of its global talent base.
Led by CEO Jason Cottrell, Myplanet is a certified B Corp. which specializes in composable commerce, customer data, and retail data platforms. For more than a decade, the company has been working with some of the world’s most influential organizations on their digital experiences, leading over 100 commerce projects for companies like New Balance, UNTUCKit and Google. With nearly 200 experts, Myplanet is apartner of MACH leaders like commercetools, Elastic Path, Contentful, Contentstack, Fluent and NewStore.
