ConverseNow, an Austin, TX- based provider of a voice AI technology platform for restaurants, raised $10M in funding.
The round was led by Enlightened Hospitality Investments (EHI), which joined ConverseNow’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to scale deployment across many of the nation’s leading restaurant brands and scale their technology.
Led by CEO Vinay Shukla, and COO and Chief Product Officer Rahul Aggarwal, ConverseNow provides voice AI-powered virtual ordering assistants for restaurants to automate the order-taking process from high-volume voice channels. Live in more than 1200 restaurants across 40 states, ConverseNow serves some of the country’s top restaurant brands, such as Domino’s Pizza, Fazoli’s and Blake’s Lotaburger, with many more at various stages of development.
