beqom, a Nyon, Switzerland-based provider of a compensation management solution, acquired Our Tandem, a Dublin, Ireland, UK-based continuous performance management platform that drives people development through personalized feedback, coaching, and goal setting.
The amount of the deal – led by beqom and Sumeru Equity Partners, a technology-focused growth capital firm that first backed the company with a strategic investment, was not disclosed.
beqom will Our Tandem will now operate under their respective brands while placing focus on integrating and growing the teams and accelerating the combined product roadmap.
