The round was led by Mitsui & Co., Ltd., with participation from Beringea, Boomerang Catapult, Rise of the Rest, VCapital, Northern Michigan Angels, Harmonix, Wakestream, and Grand Ventures.

The company combines the Freedom™ Software Platform, which is a software-only space management & control system, and its global antenna network to connect humanity through space.
