Founded in 2019 by Piotr Pajda, Filip Dykas, Marcin Kopeć and Aleksander Radolak, Simpl.rent provides a digital platform that increases security and trust in the residential rental market thanks to its integration of fintech solutions and insurance products.

simpl.rent’s flagship product is the Tenant Certificate, which is a fully remote tenant verification solution. The potential tenant’s reliability is checked in terms of their identity, credit history and earnings in relation to the rent.

The second key product developed together with PZU, one of the biggest insurance companies in Central and Eastern Europe, are insurance bundles for tenants and landlords. This includes the first rent guarantee insurance in the Polish market. When purchased together with the Tenant Certificate, it is available to the landlord at a reduced price.

Since the start, the startup has focused on creating strategic partnerships and understanding the needs of each target group. Its main partners include OLX & Otodom, the largest real estate marketplace in Poland, and the biggest rental players including Resi4Rent and Vantage Development.
