Datch, a provider of voice-first AI solutions for industrial operations, closed a $10M Series A funding round.
The round was led by Blackhorn Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand enterprise operations and develop software support, tools and capabilities that will enable increased access and integration with its platform.
Led by Mark Fosdike, CEO and Co-Founder, Datch uses natural language processing to digitize, structure, and streamline work management processes for deskless teams. Throughout their jobs, workers interact with Datch through voice and touch, and the platform handles the rest, interfacing with their systems of record on their behalf.
With offices in the US, UK and New Zealand, Datch has introduced its technology into a growing list of Fortune 500 companies and other industry-leading enterprises in the utilities, energy, manufacturing, mining, and aviation sectors.
