Clarke Valve, a North Kingstown, R.I.-based provider of industrial control valves, closed a $5m Series D funding round.
This round was led by Flowserve Corporation, with participation from OGCI Climate Investments, Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, Chevron Technology Ventures, and New World Angels.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2011 and led by CEO Kyle Daniels, Clarke Valve provides industrial control valves to organizations worldwide whose technology is currently deployed in a diverse spectrum of markets, including oil and gas, chemical, power plants, water management, and aerospace.
