Amplifire Receives Strategic Investment from Polaris Growth Fund

Knowledge Factor, Inc. (“Amplifire“), a Boulder, CO-based adaptive eLearning and content creation platform leveraging brain science, received a strategic investment from Polaris Growth Fund.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Bryce Youngren, managing partner at PGF, will join the Board of Directors, along with Mark Jacobson, vice president at PGF. Several customers have also participated in the transaction. Chief Executive Officer Bob Burgin and the existing management team will continue to lead Amplifire.
