Veridooh

Veridooh, a Sidney, Australia-based adtech startup, raised $5M in Series A funding.

The round was led by EVP, with participation from Jelix Ventures, as well as Aconex cofounders Leigh Jasper and Rob Phillpott’s funds Saniel and Gravel Road. In conjunction with the funding, EVP partner Dan Szekely will join Veridooh’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand globally.

Co-founded by Mo Moubayed and Jeremy Yang, Veridooh provides SmartCreativeTM, a platform that independently tracks, measures, and verifies the performance of every second of every panel of digital out-of-home campaigns. Using the dashboard, clients have full visibility over their campaigns, with access to more than 300 metrics, such as location, plays, exposure time, ad length, and share of time, which they can use to analyse and optimise their campaigns. The technology doesn’t require integration with media owners which means it’s able to be used anywhere in the world.

Veridooh serves more than 140 clients in Australia and New Zealand, including Google, Unilever, Amazon, and McDonald’s. Media agencies including Omnicom Media Group, GroupM, and IPG Mediabrands have partnered with the company to use its technology to enable data-driven decision-making and optimisation.

They have over 20 staff.
