&Open, an Irish startup that provides a platform to deliver gifts at scale for companies, raised $26m in Series A funding.
The round, which brought the total capital raised to $33.2m, was led by Molten Ventures, with participation from First Round Capital, LocalGlobe, Tribal VC, as well as new investor Middlegame Ventures,
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2017 by Jonathan Legge, Mark Legge and Ciara Flood, &Open is a SaaS gifting platform that helps companies to send meaningful gifts at scale. From the curation of thoughtful gifts to sending, the company helps build loyalty between brands, their customers, and their employees. The community of vendors include FLOWERBX, Flamingo Estate, MasterClass, Momofuku, and more. The platform can be integrated with companies’ existing processes and workflows, enabling businesses to have gifts delivered to customers, clients, prospects, and employees around the globe.
The company, which serves brands such as Airbnb, Peloton, Spotify, Hopin, Intercom, Wayflyer, and Better-Up, has already grown its team to 90+ with employees across Ireland, the U.K, and the U.S., and plans to open an office in New York City in the next year.
