DataArt Raises $75M in Growth Funding

DataArt, a New York-based software engineering firm, raised $75M in funding.

The investment was made by FTV Capital. With the investment, Richard Liu, partner at FTV Capital, will join DataArt’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to scale its global delivery capacity and secure its position as a leading provider for custom cloud and data software services.

With over 25 years of experience, teams of highly trained engineers around the world, and deep industry sector knowledge, DataArt delivers digital solutions at scale. It addresses demand for enterprises everywhere in the world given its global reach, recruiting platform, redundant and secure infrastructure, and continued investments in its delivery capacity and proprietary R&D. The firm regularly goes through SOC2 Type II audit and in-depth client due diligence and maintains above-industry security scores from SecurityScorecard and BitSight. Headquartered in New York City, DataArt now employs over 6,000 professionals in 20+ locations throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America, with clients including major global brands like Intersport, Unilever, Ocado, NASDAQ, Turquoise and Flutter Entertainment.

DataArt’s 2021 revenue exceeded $290 million. The firm is led by Eugene Goland, CEO, and Alexei Miller, managing director.
