Alice Technologies Raises $30M in Series B Funding

Alice Technologies, a Menlo Park, CA-based construction technology platform provider, raised $30M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Vanedge Capital, Bouygues, Gaingels, GRIDS Capital, JLL Spark, MetaPlanet, Future Ventures, Merus Capital, and Rising Tide.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate hiring, global growth, continued product innovation, and sales and marketing expansion.

Founded in 2013 based on research from Stanford University by Founder and CEO René Morkos, Alice Technologies is the creator of the a construction optioneering platform which helps large contractors reduce risk and plan, bid, and build complex infrastructure and commercial projects more efficiently and with reduced risk, from preconstruction through project delivery.

The company works with large general contractors in the infrastructure and commercial construction segments, such as Bouygues, Kajima, and Skanska.

Headquartered in the U.S., Alice also has significant operations in the Czech Republic, the U.K., and India.
