Rencore, a Munich, Germany-based provider of software for governing cloud collaboration technology, raised US$4M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Capnamic.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its product offering and continue to reach both small-medium businesses and enterprises internationally to grow its team and partner distribution channel.
Led by CEO Matthias Einig, and CTO Torsten Mandelkow, Rencore is a B2B software company providing solutions for staying in control of cloud collaboration technologies. Its diverse, global customer base ranges from mid-sized businesses to enterprises who use their products as SaaS or self-hosted tools.
