Druid Raises USD15M in Funding

Druid, a Bucharest, Romania-based end-to-end platform for building AI-driven conversational business applications, raised USD15m in funding.

The round was led by Karma Ventures and Hoxton Ventures, joined by GapMinder, and four other investors from Germany, Switzerland, Poland, and Romania. 

The company intends to use the funding to accelerate its international expansion, by actively hiring new talent, growing across Europe and North America, and adding new capabilities to its conversational AI offering.

Led by Liviu Drăgan, CEO, Druid provides a platform for building AI-driven conversational applications, designed to allow businesses to enhance the user experience for both customers and employees. Its intelligent virtual assistants enable fast, personalized, omnichannel, and automated interactions while speaking each organization’s language via open integrations with any existing enterprise systems and RPA technologies. Started in 2018, The company has establishied an extensive 130+ partner network, most notably with UiPath, and servicing 100+ clients from around the world.
