AcuityMD, a US MedTech software and data company, raised $31M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Redpoint Venture Partners, with support from Benchmark, Ajax Health and Artisanal Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations in every business area (R&D, sales and marketing) and its business reach.
Led by By Michael Monovoukas, co-founder & CEO, AcuityMD provides a fully-remote MedTech software and data platform that works with companies to enable le them to bring products to market.
Since announcing its seed round in May of 2021, medtech companies have identified over 40,000 new opportunities using the company’s software, which translates to over $2 billion in new annual pipeline. Leaders including Anika Therapeutics, ConMed, Cordis, and Olympus use it to accelerate their commercialization activities.
