Nuclia Raises $5.4M in Seed Funding

Nuclia, a Barcelona, Spain-based provider of an AI-powered search for humans to access and discover meaningful data, raised $5.4M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Crane Venture Partners and Ealai.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations, accelerate growth and product development.

Led by Eudald Camprubí, CEO, and Ramon Navarro, CTO, Nuclia is an end-to-end API that enables developers to integrate AI-powered search in minutes for any data and for any data-source. It uses AI and Natural Language Processing to extract value from unstructured data in minutes. The company is also announcing its cloud native database, NucliaDB, now available as open source and the public availability of its API that enables developers to integrate AI-powered search into any app, service, or website in minutes.

NucliaDB lets teams use their own vectorization and normalization algorithms while providing storage, indexing, and querying.
