BioVigil, an Ann Arbor, MI-based market leader in the electronic hand hygiene monitoring category, raised an undisclosed amount in funding.
The round is led by one of the current Board members and a key investor.
The company intends to use the funds to further strengthen the team, and to continue advancing its technology and investing in their customer’s success in healthcare and beyond.
Led by Sanjay Gupta, CEO, BioVigil provides an electronic hand hygiene monitoring solution which uses technology to increase hand hygiene compliance in healthcare facilities resulting in decreased healthcare acquired infections (HAIs), improved patient engagement, accessibility to data insights provider teams need, and improved Leapfrog Group grades.
