Loyal Guru, a Barcelona, Spain-based SaaS customer data company, raised €8M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Nauta Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to further expand across Europe and the Americas and continue to develop its solution.

Led by CEO Borja Sanfeliu, Loyal Guru is a SaaS based Customer Data Platform for retailers to collect and activate their omnichannel customer data in a single view. This data can be used to create micro-segments based on purchase behavior and to launch hundreds of 1:1 personalized offers and loyalty programs, improving consumer-retailer relationships across every channel: point of sale, e-commerce, customer support, and emails.

Loyal Guru enables retailers to gather, cleanse, store, enrich and distribute customer data from all possible sources. The platform is purpose-built to accommodate the huge volume of data specific to the retail industry, data that stems from millions of customers, thousands of SKUs, and hundreds of product categories.

The company currently serves 50 customers in 12 countries including Mango, Dia Group, Cencosud, and Spar.
