Linktree Raises $110M in Funding; Valued At $1.3 Billion

Linktree, a Melbourne, Victoria, Australia-based link in bio solution provider, raised $110m in USD funding.

The round was led by Index Ventures and Coatue with participation from Peanut CEO Michelle Kennedy and 20VC Founder Harry Stebbings.

The company, which now has a valuation of $1.3 billion USD, intends to use the funds to focus on additional geographic expansion, revenue streams and further value for its creators and brands via new tools and partnerships. 

Founded by brothers Alex and Anthony Zaccaria and Nick Humphreys in 2016, and also led by Mike Olson, President, Linktree is the link-in-bio category creator that enables users to create a streamlined online identity to showcase and commercialise their profile. The platform continues to prioritize the needs of creators, recently releasing Commerce Links and Stores, which include integrations with Shopify, Square, Paypal, Spring, and GoFundMe. Since acquiring Songlink/Odesli in August 2021, Linktree has also announced new partnerships with Bandsintown, Audiomack, Soundcloud, and Community. 

The platform is used by more than 24 million creators, artists, and brands globally including TikTok, Selena Gomez, Noah Beck, Bella Poarch, Red Bull, Shawn Mendes, the Los Angeles Clippers, Comedy Central, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, HBO, The Guardian and Man City.

Users now exist across 250 verticals worldwide.
