Birdeye, a Palo Alto and Menlo Park, CA-based provider of a Customer Experience platform for local businesses, raised $60M in Series C funding.
The round was led by Accel-KKR.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development of a full suite for local businesses and expand into Australia and the United Kingdom.
Led by CEO Naveen Gupta, Birdeye is a Customer Experience platform for enterprise and small businesses. Its Experience Marketing platform provides multi-location businesses with the data and the tools to deliver great experiences at every step of the customer journey. Over 80,000 businesses in industries ranging from healthcare, retail, hospitality and automotive, among others, use it to manage the complete customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention across multiple digital channels, including activities such as collecting payments, automating reviews or referrals, managing communications, and delivering customer experiences that attract new customers and drive revenue.
