Social Discovery Ventures Invests $10M Across Three Funds

Social Discovery Ventures, an international holding company and investment fund, has invested nearly $10m across three funds.

These include:

  • New Enterprise Associates’ ​​NEA 18 Venture Growth Equity, which was announced late last year.
  • Target Global Early Stage Fund III, a $214m fund positioned to lead and co-lead seed and Series A rounds in early stage companies. and
  • a third fund that has yet to close.

Dmitry Volkov, co-founder of Social Discovery Ventures operates as an international holding company and investment fund for technology companies that provide platforms for social discovery, personal development and online entertainment. The SDVentures Investment Fund invests in, develops and supports a range of projects and brands under this framework. Over the past 20 years, SDVentures has been actively engaged as a limited partner in top-tier venture funds such as Khosla Ventures, DCM Ventures, JVP, Blockchain Capital, 500 Startups and others. Direct investments include Dating Group, Woebot, Flo.Health, Grabr, Academia, Halo Neuroscience, Patreon, Sunflower, Fable Studio, and Harbor Space University.
