Pixm Raises $4.3M in Seed Funding

Pixm, a New York-based computer vision cyber security startup, raised $4.3M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Gula Tech Adventures, with participation from FirstIn™, AIM13 – Crumpton Ventures Partnership, Chaac Ventures, and Precursor Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to further deliver its computer vision solution to the enterprise market.

Led by Chris Cleveland, Founder and CEO, Matt Mosley, Chief Product Officer, and Chris Wilburn, VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, Pixm provides a cybersecurity startup that stops zero-day phishing attacks with AI Computer Vision. The company uses advanced computer vision technology to identify and stop targeted spear phishing attacks. It operates in the browser at the moment a link is clicked or at “point-of-click,” protecting users regardless of the channel the link is delivered.
