Nth Cycle, a Boston, MA-based metal processing and recycling technology company, raised $12.5M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Frankstahl and VoLo Earth with participation from Mercuria, MassMutual, MM Catalyst Fund, and Clean Energy Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to deploy the first commercial units at recycling facilities in 2022, as well as to expand its technical and development staff in 2022.
Led by CEO Megan O’Connor, Nth Cycle is a metal processing technology company that works with recyclers and miners to provide its customizable and clean electro-extraction technology that installs onsite to recover critical minerals from separated e-waste and low-grade mine tailings.
