Manatal Raises US$5.1M in Seed Funding

Manatal, a Bangkok, Thailand-based SaaS powered recruitment platform provider, raised US$5.1M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Sequoia India’s Surge with participation from angels investors.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance their product offering and AI-recommendation engine in the following months.

Founded in January 2019 by Jeremy Fichet (French) and Yassine Bel Mamoun (Moroccan) in Bangkok, Thailand, Manatal provides an end-to-end recruitment and onboarding SaaS platform which leverages an AI-powered applicant tracking system to allow companies to improve their way to hire and save costs.

The company is quickly scaling. They have placed close to 100,000 people in jobs since 2019 and are used in over 130 countries.
