Leap24 Raises €4.25M in Seed Funding

Leap24, an Amersfoort, The Netherlands-based startup that facilitates a charging network for electric vans and trucks, raised €4.25m in seed funding.

The backers were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds for the deployment of multiple locations throughout Northwestern Europe, where each location will operate with at least six fast-charging parking spaces. 

Founded by Pelle Schlichting and Ferry Bosgra, Leap24 facilitates a charging network for electric vans and trucks to be deployed throughout Northwestern Europe. With the capital, the company seeks to build at least 240 chargers at 40 different locations throughout the Netherlands, at first, starting in the second quarter of this year.
