The round was led by Durable Capital Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO Brian Egan, Evolve is a vacation rental hospitality company that manages over 19,000 homes across 750+ markets and has generated more than $2 billion in rental income for its owners.
This latest round brings Evolve’s total funding to $235 million.
