BuzzAR, a Singaporean woman-led metaverse startup, raised US$38M in Seed funding.
The round was led by F50 Elevate.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO Bell Beh and CTO Ken Lim, BuzzAR is a woman-led metaverse startup that will launch a new Web3 product, called CryptoToon, an avatar NFTs platform in the coming weeks. Users can create their own avatars, drop their own NFTs using the CryptoToon API. CryptoToon is riding on BuzzAR’s HappyToon avatar engine, with 2 million user-generated avatars created from 163 countries.
