Bloomreach, a Mountain View, CA-based Commerce Experience Cloud company, raised $175M in funding.

The round was led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management with participation from Bain Capital Ventures and Sixth Street Growth.

The company intends to use the funds to continue expanding its go-to-market teams in order to accelerate business growth worldwide.

Led by CEO Raj De Datta, Bloomreach is a Commerce Experience Cloud, empowering brands to deliver personalized customer journeys. It offers a suite of products that drive personalization and digital commerce growth, including: Discovery, offering AI-driven search and merchandising; Content, offering a headless CMS; and Engagement, offering CDP and marketing automation solutions. Together, these solutions combine unified customer and product data with AI-optimization, enabling revenue-driving digital commerce experiences that convert on any channel and every journey.

Bloomreach currently serves over 850 global brands including Albertsons, Bosch, Puma, FC Bayern München, and Marks & Spencer.
