Xage Raises $30M in Series B Funding

Xage, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based zero trust security company, raised $30M in Series B funding.

The round, which brought total funding to $54m, was led by Piva with participation from Momenta, Valor Equity Partners, and OurCrowd, along with existing investors March Capital, City Light Capital, Saints Capital, and Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Mark Gudiksen, Managing Partner at Piva, and Michael Dolbec, Managing Partner at Momenta, will join the board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Duncan Greatwood, CEO, Xage is a zero trust real-world security company whose Xage Fabric accelerates and simplifies the way enterprises secure, manage and transform digital operations across OT, IT and cloud. Its solutions include Identity & Access Management (IAM), remote access and dynamic data security, all powered by the Xage Fabric.
