Voltage, a Wichita, KS-based bitcoin infrastructure company, raised $6M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Trammell Venture Partners with participation from Craft Ventures, GV, Stillmark, Cavalry Asset Management, Strategic Cyber Ventures, Fulgur Ventures, and Tenzing.vc. In conjunction with the funding, Christopher Calicott, Trammell Venture Partners Managing Director, will be joining the Voltage Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and hire talent.
Led by CEO Graham Krizek, Voltage is an infrastructure provider for Bitcoin, which is bringing an enterprise-grade service solution to Layer 1 and Layer 2 Bitcoin technologies. Its products enable any corporation, developer, or individual to build, deploy, and scale with their node and liquidity products.
The company has served companies like THNDR Games, Podcast Index, Amboss, Sphinx Chat, Zion, Carrot, and more.
Voltage will be hiring for VP of Engineering, Senior Frontend Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Backend Engineer, Operations Manager, and Business Development.
