Sense, a San Francisco CA-based AI-driven talent engagement and communication platform solutions for recruiting, raised $50M in Series D funding.

The round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2.

The company, which has secured a total of $90m in funding to date, intends to use the funds to expand its product innovation pipeline, ramp up its go-to-market strategy, increase awareness with companies that hire at scale across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and retail, and invest in international expansion especially focused in high-growth regions like Western Europe.

Founded in 2015 and led by Anil Dharni, CEO, Sense is an AI-powered talent engagement and communication platform for recruiting that enables talent acquisition teams and recruiting agencies to personalize their interactions with talent at every stage of the employment cycle.

The company currently serves across more than 600 customers, including Kelly Services and Recruit.
