Vint, a Richmond, Va.-based SEC qualified, fully transparent, efficient platform for wine and spirits collection investing, completed a $1.7m pre-seed funding.
The round was led by Fintech Ventures with participation from Slow Ventures, Allied Venture Partners, irrvntVC, Cooley, and Arrington Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth.
Founded in 2019 by Nick King, Chief Executive Officer, Vint offers expert-curated, thematic collections of fine wine & spirits to both accredited & non-accredited investors. The collections are managed by a certified team of wine experts and investment is accessible to anyone with shares as low as $25 with no annual fees.
