Arnon Yaffe and Sebastien Adjiman, co-founders of Swish.ai

Swish.ai (formerly known as DeepCoding.ai), a Tel Aviv, Israel-based hyperautomation platform for IT service management (ITSM) workflows, raised $13M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital with participation from Skywell Capital Partners, Samsung Next and existing investors StageOne Ventures and AxessVentures.

The company will use the funding to expand and further invest in its proprietary technology.

Led by Sebastien Adjiman, Co-Founder and CEO, Swish.ai is a hyperautomation platform that uses AI to apply autonomous ticket orchestration on top of existing ITSM workflows. With the solution, all types of tickets can be expedited in real time to the best agent available, removing bottlenecks, reducing ticket “hops”, and improving the average resolution time. The platform also provides service leaders with real-time, performance augmented analytics and strategic insights to proactively identify optimization opportunities and take the necessary actions.

Swish.ai works in conjunction with enterprise service management tools and is a complement that can add value to any existing optimization initiative such as intelligent bots, RPA or Autonomous Service Desk solutions.

The company has regional offices in the UK and US.
