Mixpanel, a San Francisco CA and Boston MA-based provider of a product analytics solution, raised $200M in Series C funding.
The round, which was led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities, valued Mixpanel at $1.05 billion.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand operations.

Via a self-serve product analytics solution, teams can analyze how and why people engage, convert, and retain—in real-time, across devices—to improve their user experience. It is currently powering nearly 6,000 of the world’s most innovative digital companies, including Discord, Monday.com, Noom, and Xero.
To date, $277m has been invested in Mixpanel, including its previous $65m Series B investment led by Andreessen Horowitz in 2014. The company also has offices in New York, Seattle, Austin, London, Barcelona, and Singapore.
