Marker Learning, a NYC-based telepsychology platform that enables the remote administration of learning disability assessments and services, raised $4m in seed funding.

The round was led by Primary, with participation from Divergent Investments, Night Ventures, and Operator Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its team and accelerate its geographic expansion in the United States.

Co-founded by Stefan Bauer and Emily Yudofsky, Marker Learning provides a telepsychology platform that makes learning disability assessments and personalized action plans accessible for schools and families. The company partners with top tier psychologists to virtually administer evidence-based learning disability assessments and leverages proprietary technology to streamline the assessment process, reduce cost, and decrease turnaround time.
