LabMinds Inc., a Boston, MA-based lab automation robotics company, closed a $6.4M funding round.
The round was completed by the company’s major investors including Waters Corporation and Red Deer Capital and also included funding from new investors.
The company intends to user the funds for commercialization of its automated solution preparation system, develop new products, and expand the team.
Led by Jeff Caputo, President & CEO, LabMinds is the pioneer in AI and Robotics for solution preparation in pharmaceutical and life science labs. With over a billion recipes available, its intelligent system comes preloaded with recipes from a core library of solutions as well as customer-specific solutions.
